Do you do foundation repair in Greenville and the Upstate, SC?
Yes. Foundation repair and concrete restoration is on the service list: footings, foundation walls, slabs and retaining walls that have cracked, settled, heaved or failed are broken out and re-poured, and sound slabs with a failed surface are restored. Someone comes out, looks at what moved, and tells you which it is.
Can a cracked slab be repaired, or does it have to come out?
It depends on why it cracked. A slab that is still flat and sound with surface damage can usually be restored. A slab where one side of the crack sits higher than the other has lost its base, and patching that buys a season. We say which it is at the walkthrough.
